Summers for me are filled with a lot of new experiences. Although I have been in a helicopter before; to see the famous Niagara Falls from above; this time I wanted to see Toronto from the skies.
I live forty minutes away from Toronto and majority of my summers I spend exploring new things I haven’t done in the city.

Shall we talk more about the heli tour? Well what can I say?! From excitement, to being scared, and then feeling a super high adrenaline filled with a feeling of accomplishment. Yeah that sums up my day. Having my tour in a much smaller helicopter made my experience a little scary. But I had a lot of fun seeing Toronto from above. I will never forget this experience.

Please note that pictures in front of the helicopter or on the runaway are not allowed in many airports so please ask before booking your helicopter tour.

Hello everyone and welcome to 2018. I had no resolutions for this year at all. If things continued to be like last year I would be happy. As long as I am healthy I am content. But as soon as 2018 started many things happened already that forced me to created a resolution. 2018 will be a financial discipline year for me. I have to be more careful on how I spend my money, savings and so forth.
Today I want to talk to you about my amazing find in the men’s department at H&M. I always had a curiosity to explore the men’s section in stores. At times they sell things that appear to be unisex, trending pieces that women can also wear, items that seem to be more durable and cheaper than women’ clothes.
With the oversize hype going on in the fashion industry more women are shopping in the men’s department to get the perfect oversized look since at times our “oversize” clothing is not big enough to perfectly fit the trend.
In terms of durability I feel that men’s wear don’t tear as quickly or shrink as fast as women’s wear. While shopping at H&M I came across a good sale of men’s button-up shirts. Since you cannot have too many button-up shirts I couldn’t leave this clothing item behind. The quality of this shirt is awesome I feel that it will last me a very long time. The dress shirts for women were $20 so finding this one for only $7 in the men’s department was a good deal.

Sunglasses – Call It Spring
Non prescription glasses – Icing
Lip-gloss – Victoria Secret (Similar)
Tips for women when shopping in the men’s department/stores:
1– Be open minded
Don’t think that just because is men’s wear it won’t look good on you
2– Try on the item
Since men’s sizes are usually bigger than women’s make sure you always try the item
3– Reflect your style in the garment…
If you don’t want to look boyish put a spin into the garment by adding some very feminine pieces to go with it. For example: pretty accessories like earrings or necklaces, heels and purses.
Thanks for reading.

Blush pink was the highlight of the spring. Before the season ended even though I don’t wear a lot of pink I decided to get myself this pink dress. This dress can be worn to a wedding since its wedding session, to a high end event, to dinner and so forth.
Now my favourite season has arrived. I am excited to share my summer adventures with you all. Stay tuned!

Lace ups, fringes and tassels. Are you tired of seeing those? I never thought I would say this since I am a huge fringe and lace up lover. But from seeing the same styles so much I am kind of getting tired. Every shoe store carries lace ups now, fringe details and tassels. They are cute but it’s too much everywhere now.
My gladiator heels are unavailable but I will link up at the bottom where you can find very similar ones. Styles come and go. I have this gladiator heel for two years. The trend was in back then now it’s back and when I say back I mean is truly here. Never get rid of your old trends because just like this shoes trends always come back.
Since we are in the topic of shoes I wanted to share my favorite shoe stores for sure. I like Steve Madden, Zara shoes, Aldo and Christian Louboutin. The websites I usually purchase my shoes are: www.shoedazzle.com www.amazon.com www.justfab.com
Shoes are my favorite thing to buy. Shoes and jeans it’s hard for me to go to the mall and not purchase those two things.

It has been an exciting first year running my fashion blog. I have learned a lot this year. While I was running this blog, I was asked a lot of different questions by my social media followers, and by my friends. This post is where I will answer the most asked questions.
- Where do you get your fashion inspiration?
♦ It all depends on how I feel. I don’t draw inspiration from just one person. Things going on in my life, in the world, the weather, etc all have an impact on how I feel about myself. How I feel about myself is what influences my fashion style.
- What advice would you give to someone who wants to start a fashion blog?
♦ First of all, I would say consistency is the key. This is something that I am still working on. Write all your ideas on a piece of paper. Everything you think of make sure to write it down. Have in mind the target or the focus of your blog. For example if your blog is about food make sure you stick to that. Another piece of advice would be to get a good camera that takes neat pictures. Be unique, don’t compare yourself to others. Be creative and don’t give up. Continue to make posts and keep working on improving yourself.
- What is your favorite clothing store?
♦ At the moment if I had to pick one I would have to say GUESS. Most of the time when I go in there I end up buying something.
4. What is the most difficult thing about having a blog?
♦ Committing to a steady routine of taking pictures, blogging my fashion and taking advantage of good weather conditions, this includes; good lighting and a good background. Making the blog appropriate to all audiences. I always have many ideas for fashion and it is hard to pin myself down to just one look. Making this blog easy for women to draw ideas from the looks posted is another thing that I have difficulty with, because my desire is for women to relate and afford the fashion I showcase in Zani’s Styles.
5. Give a few fashion tips for women.
♦Be Flexible. Be willing to try new styles and experiment more. Don’t limit yourself to one look.
Redefine what style means to you. Let your clothes be a reflection of your personality. If you have good style make sure you have a good personality to go with it.
